Shawn has worked with children since 2007 in before and after-school settings as well as in home care for children with special needs. Over the years Shawn has had many trainings provided by school districts and professional training agencies ranging from child development, child behavior, classroom management, tutoring, working with children with special needs, and many enrichment trainings. Shawn has been a Professional Monitor for a year.
