Terms And Conditions

Terms and Conditions as outlined in the Contract and the following:

You will be sent an electronic invoice.  You are responsible to pay any fees associated with online payments. You may NOT deduct the electronic transaction fee from the fee paid.

Fees may be requested to be paid in full 24 hours before visit or up to one week in advance of visit (subject to change at agencies discretion) . Please schedule your payments in a timely fashion. There are no refunds. Failure to provide payment in advance may result in loss of scheduled visit time. There are no exceptions to this rule. Payment must be received and cleared in advance.

If payment is not received your appointment will not be held/made/guaranteed.

Services timeframe: Paid services must be used within 31 days, unless given written prior approval to honor after 31 days.
